So far this year Zenith Consulting Services Ltd, have been extremely busy. We have mainly been working within the Oil and Gas sector. We have been involved in delivery of coaching and 360 feedback as part of a leadership development programme. We have also started the roll out of a new HSE culture change programme which is being delivered across the entire workforce of an operator. We have been working closely with the development team to design content for workshops which we will be delivering over the coming months. We have also continued to work with individual leaders and business owners in the coaching space to help them develop their strengths and increase their self-awareness to become more effective in the workplace.

At the start of the year we were delighted to deliver our second pilot of the My Future employability skills programme. We had the opportunity to deliver pilot 1 at Inverurie Academy in November 2018 and following some feedback we made some changes ahead of delivering pilot 2. This was delivered in January/February at Hazlehead Academy. The premise of the programme is to work with students from S4-S6 to understand their strengths and how they can describe and support them with evidence when writing a CV, personal statement or participating in a selection interview. The programme was delivered over 4 weeks and saw the students engaged in a number activities to help increase their confidence and to help them become aware of where their strengths lie. We also wanted them to consider how their skills might link to their current career choices i.e. are they compatible? We have received really positive feedback and are now keen to roll this out with schools across Aberdeen City and Shire. So what is next? We will continue to promote My Future as well as continue to work with our existing clients to provide a quality service as well as looking for new partners to work with. We will also be rebranding the business in Q2 so watch this space for our fresh new logo.
