With both people and organisational and behavioural safety experience, she demonstrates her aptitude for applying scientific people-centred solutions to a range of business problems.

Paula Louise Dixon – Business Psychologist

Paula Louise Dixon is a Business Psychologist with a particular passion for recruitment, selection and assessment, career coaching and organisational development work. Paula prides herself on practically applying evidence-based research to optimise people potential within the workplace. She currently runs her own consultancy Hazon Consulting Ltd

Having graduated from the University of Leicester with a distinction in her Occupational Psychology Masters, she is qualified in reporting Occupational test user feedback.

Paula is proud to be the only Business Psychologist panel member of The University of Plymouth’s charity-focused think tank, Rogare and enjoys having the opportunity to relate occupational theory to fundraising practice.

David Christie – Founding Consultant

David believes the behavioural development of people in an organisation is fundamental to support sustained business and safety excellence and thus create the right culture to achieve operational excellence.

He calls on his many years of experiences as a Military Officer in the Royal Air Force, running business and for the last 11 years working globally in Human Factors and Behavioural Safety events focused on people and creating cultures of safety at every level within an organisation.

He now runs his own business Assurance of Learning Ltd focused on Leadership and Management development/behavioural and organisational change in the Energy sector. Davis is also a Board Member of the UK Chartered Management Institute.

His work has involved consulting with, developing highly influential events and delivering Behavioural Based Safety Programmes, Cultural Change Programmes for many global organisations. David has trained over 18,000 individuals in Behavioural Based Safety, Leadership and Team Building in over 60 countries.
